Paul Mueller serves as chief executive officer of Rogers Memorial Hospital, guiding the vision and strategic growth for all Wisconsin operations, and partnering with system leadership in development of the Rogers Behavioral Health national network of outpatient services. He has more than 25 years of experience in administration, management and delivery of behavioral health services. He brings a patient-centered perspective to ensuring quality care, efficient systems and demonstrable outcomes while meeting the demands of the communities Rogers serves. Prior to being named CEO, he was Rogers Memorial Hospital’s chief operations officer and has overseen clinical programs, marketing, admissions, program development and physician recruitment. Mueller earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and attended the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a board member of the International OCD Foundation and is active in multiple local organizations, including the Pabst Farms YMCA and Oconomowoc Area Foundation.
