OCD and Anxiety
Lalit K. Singh, MD, MPH, is board certified in adult psychiatry and in child/adolescent psychiatry. He works primarily with children and adolescents at Rogers' West Allis hospital location. His areas of clinical interest include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) across the life span, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. Dr. Singh is a graduate of the Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Medical College in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. He earned his Master of Public Health degree from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. He completed his general psychiatry residency training at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, and a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. Singh worked as an attending child and adolescent psychiatrist with Alta Pointe Health Systems in Alabama. In addition to his clinical work, he served as assistant professor of psychiatry at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, where he was involved in the teaching of medical students and clinical supervision of psychiatry residents. Dr. Singh has presented research posters at regional psychiatric conferences as well as at the American Psychiatric Association's 168th Annual Meeting. He is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
