OCD AND ANXIETY
As chief operating officer for Rogers Memorial Hospital–Brown Deer, Jim Kubicek is responsible for day-to-day operations of the 56-bed inpatient hospital and the Brown Deer Outpatient Center with specialized outpatient programming. Prior to joining the leadership team at Rogers, Kubicek served as interim administrator and deputy administrator of the Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division. Kubicek has overseen behavioral health programming for a variety of clinical populations and has led compliance, performance improvement and risk management services at all levels of the treatment continuum. He has provided extensive training in multiple settings on suicide prevention and intervention as well as crisis management skills. The Marquette University graduate earned a master’s in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with additional professional certification in corporate consultation and counseling. He is currently a member of the Public Policy Board and has served on multiple advisory boards focusing on issues related to public mental health and legislation in the State of Wisconsin.
