For Kim Effertz, vice president, admitting and utilization review operations, her work is more about passion than merely a job. Kim says she stays at Rogers because she believes we stay true to our goal of serving our patients and families to the best of our ability. She adds,” The mental health needs of our community are tremendous. I have never felt us lose that focus over all the years. We work very hard to help those in need and I feel called and privileged to be a part of that mission.”

Rogers welcomed several new leaders since January 1, 2017: January Brylow, Clinical Services Manager, Rogers-Brown Deer Mary McLaughlin, Manager, Staff Development, Rogers–Oconomowoc Dr. Oludamilola (Dami) Salami has been appointed to the role of Medical Director for the Adult Inpatient Unit at Rogers–Oconomowoc. Dr. Salami joined Rogers in November 2016 as a staff psychiatrist on that unit and has established himself as an effective and respected member of the medical staff with notable leadership qualities.
