The Thrive program is now in place to support you and your wellness efforts and help you thrive!
As a behavioral health organization, we know the importance of taking care of yourself so you can be there for others. That’s why our new recognition program includes a focus on wellness. We have developed a reward program within the Daymaker recognition program as well as partnered with the YMCA and One Community to help incorporate a holistic approach for employee wellness.
Thrive allows non-pool status employees to recognize themselves and the efforts they put forward to continue overall wellness. The activities that can be recognized are an Athletic event, Being a wellness champion, Biometric screening, Blood donation, CPR certification, Positive weekly habit, Prevention, Rogers challenges, Smoking/tobacco cessation, and YMCA visits.

The partnership with the YMCA offers all employees a discounted membership rate at their local YMCA. YMCA’s were onsite at Rogers recently to offer information and registration on this new opportunity. The benefit allows employees to receive a discounted rate, free drop-in group exercise classes each week, advanced program registration and reduced program rates, a positive and supportive environment to help you meet your wellness goals! One Community combines health risk assessments, biometric screenings, health trackers, information and coaching to encourage all employees to adopt healthier lifestyles and decrease their health risks. To start participating please view the Thrive banner located on the Daymaker home page. Please note biometric screenings will be offered in the fall for all employees which will allow One Community the secure, private data to drive employees to improve or continue positive activities.
